Refund and Returns Policy

At Bulgarian Snacks, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic snacks fresh from Bulgaria. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been shipped. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Refunds
If you received a damaged or defective product, or if there was an error in your order, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product(s)
Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide further instructions. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-refundable:
- Opened food items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
